What the service is

Inkluzo provides a free automated accessibility check of web pages according to WCAG rules.

Important limitation (please read carefully)

Automated checking can only detect a portion of accessibility rules (approximately 30–50%). The result is not a legal guarantee of compliance with S.I. No. 636/2023 (EAA) or a complete accessibility audit. A complete assessment also requires human review. Inkluzo is not liable for any non-compliance of the website with the law.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising in connection with use of the service or for unavailability of the service.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for websites you have authorisation for, or for publicly available websites. It is prohibited to misuse the service, flood it or circumvent its protective measures.

Intellectual property, changes, governing law

The Inkluzo content and tool are protected. We may change the terms; the current version is always on the website. Relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
